IRMA Multiple Forms, Single Reply Demo

The following demo shows how to use multiple forms and a single template file with Irma. This also shows how to use checkboxes by sending mail on demand. This is a very useful features for subscribing users to a mailing list (which can be done by sending mail to a majordomo daemon).
